The Grayson offers a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 495 to 1,250 sq ft, with modern layouts and upscale finishes like quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. These thoughtfully designed floor plans are built to fit a variety of lifestyles right in the heart of downtown Fort Worth.

Tours & Applications

Tours are available both in person and virtually.

Applicants must provide proof of income and proof of identification (State ID, Drivers License, or passport). Applicants must earn at least three times the monthly rent to qualify.

The security deposit at The Grayson typically ranges from $150 to $250, pending approval of credit (OAC). Final deposit amounts are determined during the application process based on qualifying criteria.

The Grayson is conveniently located near Downtown Fort Worth, offering easy access to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including Sundance Square and the historic Stockyards. Residents can enjoy being within walking distance of Top Golf, as well as nearby walking and biking trails along the Trinity River. The community is also close to local restaurants, retail centers, and everyday conveniences, making it easy to enjoy both recreation and daily essentials just minutes from home.

The closest airport to The Grayson in Fort Worth, TX is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), located about 30–40 minutes away.

Lease renewals at The Grayson are designed to be simple and convenient. Residents will receive a renewal notice approximately 90 days prior to their lease expiration, providing ample time to review terms and make a decision.

If you need to break your lease at The Grayson, you will be responsible for an early termination fee, as well as repayment of any concessions or move-in specials that were applied to your lease.
